Yankee Flywheel / Gear

Cast Iron Yankee Flywheel 8’ Diameter suffered major fractures requiring repairs to hub / keyway area and spoke and 8 teeth.  Unit inspected onsite, transported our works, subsequently cleaned and crack tested. 2 Masterlocks and numerous Metalock keys were fitted [sets were even installed under the Masterlocks] as part of the repair. Damaged teeth were machined out and 8 new teeth were manufactured and Metalocked into position.
