Vintage Cylinder block repairs [Bugatti]

Fractures were barely accessible and over valve seats. Casting thin – awkward job. Required making up extension tools, repairs of course – pressure testing at low pressures, and manufacturing tooling to grind seats. Metalock repairs used annealed Nickel alloy with advantage of commiserate expansion to parent castings, corrosion resistance and ability to “flow” to ensure fracture is sealed.
