Electric Motor

We repair a lot of these electric motors usually having cracked or broken feet – often due to accident damage or incorrect installation. Often these units are welded which usually does not work out  – fractures reappear very quickly in the Heat Affected Zone [HAZ] and usually require complete new feet being attached as weld both hardens and embrittles the adjacent areas - as was the case here.
